This web site was built using a Web Content Management System (WCMS). The design of the site is handled through a series of WCMS CSS templates, modules, and system tags. The system is supported on the backend by PHP and MySQL database. The design of this site enables programmers, developers, designers, and content developers to work collaboratively online saving time, effort, and money by reducing redundant content, design, and development time. At the same time, due to the dynamic, database-driven WCMS model, updates to this site are handled much more quickly than a traditional web site update.
